First Child Fee (Includes two new CDs and songbook per family) $170
First Sibling Fee (second sibs & 8 months & under & 1st grade & older are free) $50
Registration Fee – charged to each family once per calendar year $15
Discount - $20/$20 New Family Incentive. $20 discount for referring family only if you have been a Music Together family with us before and $20 discount for the the new family. Returning families may make as many referrals as you wish.
Prospective Family Policy. You may bring friends to class (once per friend), but must call in advance to get a spot.
Make Up Policy. We encourage all families to attend all 10 classes per session. Due to the fact that some classes fill up, please call 802 526 2055 in advance to schedule your make up.
You can pay with credit card or by check or cash. New families need to fill in a registration form. Returning families are fine to register with an e-mail or call to our office at 802 526-2055. office@uvpresents.org
Class lasts for approx 45 minutes. If we have regular attendance of 12 or more children in a class, then there may be a second class added on that day or the last enrollees may be asked to switch to another class.
If more than 12 have already registered for the same class period and your form arrives after that time, you may be asked to choose another day or a second class may be added.
If minimum registration of seven children per class is not met, you will be asked to switch to another class or be given a full refund. Refunds for other reasons granted only if space is filled by another family.
All classes are held at the former Norwich Antiques building in Norwich, Vermont (between King Arthur Flour and Kildeer Farms). All classes are mixed age (infants-Kindergarten).
You may join another class on another day if there is space and the teacher approves.
If the teacher can safely make it to the class, there will be class. Cancellations for any reason will be made up either by an additional class or by allowing you to attend another day’s class. On snow days for other schools when Music Together is running or on other school holidays or in-service days, all siblings are welcome. Snowdays are common in the winter and we leave time at the end of the winter session to accomodate make ups.
